building has local vibe, chill terrace and it is not far from metro and bus stop, small corner shop 2 min awaywe even found local farmers market in nearby streets on Wednesday morning

The location is in a very authentique Athenian neighbourhood. You can feel and see how local people live and people are very nice around. A ten minutes walk to the metro station, Petralona, which is very close to centre but in a more relaxed atmosphere. Very spacious and lofty room, interior with taste. Maria, the host of the place is very nice and quick to response to any questions.

Contact with the owner was nice and easy. It was easy to park a car nearby.

"Lovely little apartment"

The apartment was about 500m from Petralona station which was easy to get to from Athens airport with a flat fare €9 ticket. We walked to the Acropolis on 2 occasions as it is also the nearest pick up for the hop on/hop off bus tour. I thought that google maps had gone mad as it took us over a rocky ancient path between two houses which didn’t look right but it was spot on, it is an ancient road that is being uncovered from 4BC so you need good walking shoes!Some lovely bars and restaurants in the area plus a few lovely bakeries locally.

It was real value for money. Super safe for solo travelers! Beautiful room super practical and compact :)

"Great price in a good neighborhood."

We were permitted to check-in early. Wi-fi, communication, beds, hot shower, all were good. The manager/owner was very cooperative.

"Super place and great location"

Maria, the host, upgraded me to a bigger room for the same price, which was very nice of her. The instructions to get into the propriety were very clear and the communication was good. The shared kitchen is located on the rooftop and has a nice view. The location is splendid, only 2 metro stops away from the main Athens square Monastiraki. Since the location is close to the city center but not in the center per say, it's quieter and feels more homely. The neighborhood is lovely : lots of cats and cafes to go to. I really recommend it, you will not be disappointed :)

"Exceptional"

Thank you for a month of accommodation and room improvements. Clean, there is a kitchen, there is a place for lunch outside, I really liked it. I walked to the acropolis. Conveniently. Next to the house there is a large lead with groceries. Thank you for your hospitality

"Nice and quiet"

Very nice apartment in a quiet street. It is possible to walk to the main sites from here and there are a few good restaurants nearby. Easy to find from the metro line. Helpful owners too
